Script for speech on Conservation of Water Resources

Good morning everyone! I am Prashant of 10th standard.

Today, I want to talk to you about something very important—water! Water is something we all need every day to stay healthy and to live. But did you know that water is also something we need to take care of? It's true! We need to conserve water, which means using it wisely so that we don't waste it.

Here are some easy ways we can all help conserve water:

First, when we brush our teeth or wash our hands, we should turn off the tap when we're not using the water. This way, we don't let water go down the drain when we don't need it.

Second, we can take shorter showers. While it's fun to play in the water, taking shorter showers uses less water. Maybe we can challenge ourselves to take showers that are just a little bit shorter each time!

Third, if you see a leaky faucet or a running toilet at home, tell your parents. A leak wastes a lot of water over time, so fixing it helps save water and money too!

Fourth, when we're playing outside, we should use water wisely. Instead of leaving the hose running, we can fill up buckets to water plants or use a watering can. That way, we only use the water we need.

Finally, we can learn more about water conservation and share what we know with our friends and family. When we all work together to use water wisely, we can help make sure there's enough water for everyone, now and in the future.

So, let's remember to be water heroes and conserve water every day! Thank you!

Description of the Pie Chart

Introduction:

The Given diagram is a Pie Chart. Pie Charts are very useful tools because they can clearly and visually represent the data in the form of percentages. This Pie Chart is about the Indian population distribution based on five age groups. classification.

Description:

This Pie Chart is divided into five parts. Each part represents the percentage of people in a specific age group. The largest group is 15-29 years old. This occupies 31.4%. The smallest group is 60 and above years old. This occupies 5.8%. The second-largest group is 0-14 years old, This occupies 28.8%. The 30-44 age group represents 23.7%. The 45-59 age group represents 10.3%

Analysis:

The chart shows that most of India's population is young, with around 60% under the age of 30. This means there is a large, youthful workforce that can boost economic growth. However, it also means there is a need for more educational resources and job opportunities. As the aged people are very few, the lesser medical care is sufficient.

Vizianagaram,

My Dear Somesh,

I hope you're doing well! I want to share some ways how mobile phones make our lives easier.

Mobile phones help us learn better. There are apps and websites with videos, games, and quizzes for school subjects. It's like having a teacher with us all the time!

They also make it easy to stay in touch. We can call, text, or video chat with friends and family no matter where they are.

We can even help our parents by making online payments for things like school fees. It's fast and convenient.

Staying connected on social media is fun too. We can share pictures, videos, and updates with everyone.

Lastly, mobile phones are important in emergencies. We can call for help right away and even send our location to our parents.

Mobile phones are super helpful and make life more fun. I'm excited to learn and do more with my phone. I hope you are too!

Bye!

Yours friendly,
Mohit.

Vizianagaram,

My Dear Joshitha,

I hope you are doing well! I just learned about tsunamis in school, and I wanted to tell you about them.

Tsunamis are big waves that can be very dangerous. They can kill many people and animals. They also destroy buildings and houses. This makes many people lose their homes and they have to live somewhere else.

After a tsunami, people can get sick because the water is dirty. It's hard to find clean water and food. The land and plants get damaged too, and it takes a long time for everything to get better.

Learning about tsunamis made me realize how important it is to be ready for these big waves and to help people who are affected by them.

Take care and write back soon!

Yours friendly,

Susmita
